Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Investigate and escalate issues, provide tailored solutions, stay current on policies and systems, and analyze customer data to identify trends and best practices to improve partner performance.

Lead second-line oversight of enterprise issue and incident management: assess classifications, root causes, and remediation; drive investigations, lessons learned, metrics, and governance reporting; partner with business and regional risk teams to identify systemic risks and improve controls using analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Lead paid acquisition strategy and a small team to drive subscriber growth across digital channels. Own channel allocation, testing, AI-augmented workflows, experimentation, attribution, and partnerships with engineering and data to automate and scale acquisition while monitoring performance and risk.
