Support full-cycle recruiting for Heritage Holding and portfolio companies: source candidates, review resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain pipelines in Ashby ATS, assist with job descriptions, employer branding, recruiting operations, and process improvements while participating in hiring meetings and special projects.
