The Business Development Manager will identify new sales opportunities for Purolite chromatography resins, qualify prospects, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive business growth in bioprocessing.

Lead program-level delivery of campus physical technology infrastructure projects (network, security endpoints, building-embedded systems). Manage scope, schedule, budget, vendors, governance, and technical coordination while minimizing disruption to campus operations. Provide reporting, stakeholder communication, and change management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Manage and optimize accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting. Oversee affiliate payments, audits, UI, deferred revenue, month-end close, tax compliance, registered agents, AP, credit card reconciliation, lender reporting, and lead ad-hoc projects while collaborating with accounting staff and external stakeholders.

Maintain certifications, collaborate with clinical and SPD staff, follow safety/privacy standards, and provide rotating/on-call coverage with occasional travel.

Lead design, implementation, and operations of global WAN/LAN and cloud networking. Ensure uptime, monitor and remediate incidents, manage SD-WAN, firewalls, ISP circuits, Azure networking, and mentor IT team. Provide escalation support and handle vendor/asset management.

Lead preparation and coordination of SEC filings (S-1, 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), draft footnotes and MD&A, support IPO readiness and SOX controls, research technical accounting, partner cross-functionally, manage reporting timelines, and drive scalable reporting processes for a clinical-stage biotech.

Manage month-end and year-end close for multiple stations, prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, forecasts, budgets, and audit schedules. Partner with station business managers, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, prepare variance analyses, and oversee subsidiary accounting records and correcting journal entries.

Support buy- and sell-side diligence engagements performing quality of earnings, working capital and financial statement analysis, modeling, report and presentation preparation, and client deliverables while contributing to practice growth and client relationships.

Lead Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy Salesforce and Veeva solutions for a biotech/pharma client. Responsibilities include technical oversight, data migration planning, code/configuration testing, cutover and service transition planning, and supporting hyper-care post go-live.
