Lead KKR's enterprise-wide contingent workforce program: set strategy, governance, supplier management, technology roadmap, analytics, risk/compliance, and executive reporting to control external labor spend and workforce composition across the firm.

Own end-to-end operational management of Funding Agreement and FABN programs, including deal execution, settlement, payments, documentation workflows, and tracking. Lead the Quarterly FABN Program Update, coordinate with Legal, Reporting, auditors and external counsel, manage expense and reinsurance cost coordination, represent Treasury locally in Boston, and drive process improvements and automation across FA/FABN workstreams.

Support insurance investment operations for specialty finance and transportation portfolios, including asset setup, SPV creation, settlement, lifecycle management, cash and asset movement reconciliation, and third-party servicer coordination. Work with portfolio management, legal, custody banks, and internal teams to implement complex structures and process automation, and identify and lead process improvements.

Maintain and analyze Americas Private Equity portfolio company financial data, manage recurring data collection and quality controls, develop SQL/data transformation logic and lightweight automation, produce quarterly performance reporting and LP deliverables, operate the internal data platform (Chronograph), and collaborate with deal teams and global stakeholders to support portfolio monitoring and analytics.

Lead insurance-segment external financial reporting for quarterly and annual SEC and GAAP filings. Manage disclosure preparation, SEC reviews, SOX compliance, XBRL tagging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Supervise and coach junior staff, improve reporting processes, and support special projects and investor communications.

Lead and manage the development and administration of compensation programs for KKR's insurance and client solutions businesses, collaborating with HR and senior leaders.
