Lead strategy and delivery of a cloud-based private equity data platform. Own architecture, reliability, observability, and adoption; design modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Azure), ensure data quality, lineage, and scalable pipelines, mentor and scale data engineering teams, and partner with investment, finance, and operations to deliver trusted data products.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including calendar management, meeting planning, email/Teams/phone triage, expense reimbursement, and domestic/international travel coordination. Manage onsite meeting logistics and workroom production, build stakeholder relationships, prioritize competing tasks, and ensure attention to detail and timely follow-through.

Architect and deliver scalable private markets investment systems and advanced AI solutions. Lead end-to-end feature design, build production-grade LLM/RAG/agentic systems, mentor engineering teams, set standards for software, data, and AI engineering, and partner across platform, data, and security teams to operationalize proprietary private markets data.

Manage and coordinate client onboarding and fund closings by reviewing subscription and KYC documents, liaising with clients and cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, tax, accounting, investments), overseeing fund administrators, and improving onboarding processes to enhance client experience and efficiency.

Source, evaluate, structure, and execute strategic partnerships and distribution alliances. Build financial models and decision materials, lead negotiations with Legal, drive cross-functional execution, manage post-close partner performance, and develop reporting dashboards and pipeline tracking (Salesforce) to measure economic contribution.

Manage end-to-end development of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and fundraising inquiries. Coordinate stakeholders across investment, legal, compliance, and marketing to produce accurate, client-ready materials using RFP CMS. Support global fundraising and client engagement while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Lead product marketing for infrastructure and real assets: develop messaging, sales collateral, and launch materials (presentations, factsheets, DDQs, PPM content). Drive go‑to‑market initiatives, conduct market/competitive research, collaborate with product, investment, legal, compliance and IR teams, and support fundraising through content for webcasts, events, and sales outreach.
