The role requires IT sales knowledge, quota achievement, understanding of corporate IT procurement, and strong commercial awareness.

Manage named mid-market accounts by driving Mimecast platform adoption, utilization, configuration health, and measurable customer value. Advise technical and executive stakeholders on email security and human risk management, lead business reviews, monitor health and renewal risk, coordinate escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with account and renewals managers. Use customer data and AI-guided insights to prioritize value conversations and support retention and growth.

Manage a high-volume SMB and mid-market customer portfolio, driving Mimecast product adoption, onboarding, feature enablement, and measurable security outcomes.
