The Commercial Counsel provides legal guidance on commercial, vendor, and compliance matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, and supports various teams to ensure legal compliance and drive business objectives.

Manage and grow existing SMB customer accounts through upsells and new technology adoption. Execute account plans with partners, maintain CRM and KPI reporting, follow sales methodology, and meet monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Serve as strategic finance partner to global Marketing: lead monthly/quarterly close, budget vs actual reporting, headcount and product P&L management, develop SaaS GTM metrics (CAC, pipeline coverage, ROI), produce executive materials, maintain budget models and rolling forecasts, and mentor junior analysts.

Manage 1-3 national strategic channel partners to drive partner-generated pipeline, ARR, renewals, and long-term retention. Build and execute partner business plans, enablement, recruitment, forecasting, and executive engagement while aligning with Sales and Marketing.
