Manage planning, execution, and closure of complex marine systems projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, control budgets and resources, mitigate risks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, report to stakeholders, and support post-project evaluations and documentation.

Manage month-end and year-end close, maintain general ledger per U.S. GAAP, prepare financial statements and management reports, reconcile accounts, handle AP/AR, support audits and tax filings, assist budgeting/forecasting, partner with department leaders, and drive ERP/software integrations and systems improvements.

Support purchasing, inventory, material planning, shipping, and supplier coordination. Process purchase orders, obtain quotes, track deliveries, maintain inventory records, liaise with internal teams, and report shortages or schedule risks to ensure materials are available on time.
