- Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including status reports and performance metrics.

- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes.
- Project Closure:

Qualifications and Skills
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, project engineering, application engineering, field engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in marine, maritime, naval or offshore industries
- Practical sense of marine, mechanical, and electronic components and their workings.
- Known to be self-motivated, proactive, with no fear of new things, people, or places.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- A desire to work under pressure and with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Experienced and comfortable with regular travel, both domestic and international.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a nice-to-have.
- US citizen
