Advise recruiting and People teams on cross-border hiring, coordinate international employment requirements, and oversee contractor onboarding, offboarding, agreements, and compliance. Build scalable processes, documentation, systems, reporting, and audit-ready records while managing vendors and improving operational efficiency and employee experience.

Leads product quality for complex hardware programs from concept through launch. Responsibilities include quality planning, risk management, DFMEA, reliability and validation planning, process capability, supplier quality, manufacturing readiness, structured problem solving, corrective actions, and launch reviews. Partners with engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers while communicating risks and mentoring peers. Lead manufacturing test strategy and scalable automated test solutions for WHOOP devices from development through mass production. Develop Python-based electrical, functional, RF, and sensor testing; oversee fixtures, instrumentation, factory bring-up, calibration, correlation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Analyze test and manufacturing data to improve yield, quality, coverage, cycle time, and cost. Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, establish standards, manage technical risks, and mentor engineers.

Leads daily Governance, Risk, and Compliance operations, including enterprise risk reviews, third-party risk assessments, security and privacy compliance, risk-register management, audit support, policy governance, metrics reporting, and incident-response compliance activities. The role manages team workload, oversees complex assessments, partners with Legal, IT, Security, and Product teams, and strengthens organizational resilience through scalable GRC processes and SSDLC governance.

Own the strategy and roadmap for WHOOP’s foundational sensing algorithms. Lead cross-functional work across product, sensor intelligence, machine learning, hardware, embedded systems, and science to improve measurement accuracy, reliability, robustness, and performance. Use field data, validation, member feedback, and benchmarking to identify opportunities, define success criteria, make technical tradeoffs, and translate sensing advances into improved health and performance experiences.

Own the architecture and technical direction of WHOOP’s Android connectivity layer, including BLE transport, history synchronization, firmware delivery, reliability, telemetry, and modular codebases. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, backend, and iOS teams; diagnose device-specific issues; improve testing and code quality; support releases and incident response; mentor engineers; and define modern Kotlin and Android engineering practices.

Manage and optimize global paid media campaigns across social, search, shopping, programmatic, and emerging channels. Own budgets and forecasts, analyze performance, improve CAC and ROAS, and build testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, messaging, and media tactics. Translate insights into recommendations, reporting, and creative briefs while partnering with analytics, product, finance, creative, and brand media teams. Identify new acquisition opportunities and support efficient member growth in a fast-moving DTC environment.
