  • Lead resolution of complex supplier and commercial issues while identifying longer-term opportunities to strengthen manufacturing strategy, supplier economics, operating mechanisms, and supply-chain resilience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in global supply management, strategic sourcing, contract manufacturing, supplier commercial management, or a related function within consumer electronics, consumer hardware, or another high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated experience owning complex commercial relationships with contract manufacturers, ODMs, or JDMs and supporting products through development, NPI, production ramp, and mass production.

  • Strong understanding of contract manufacturing economics, including manufacturing value-add, labor and overhead, yield and utilization, supplier margin, NRE, tooling, capital equipment, material markups, inventory liability, and payment terms.

  • Proven experience leading complex commercial negotiations, developing or challenging detailed cost models, and translating technical and operational requirements into effective financial and contractual structures.

  • Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and independently drive complex commercial issues to resolution in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time to support negotiations, business reviews, manufacturing readiness, supplier relationships, and critical program milestones.
