Partners with Product, Business Technology, AI Software, Analytics, and Operations to translate service needs into scalable solutions, improve resolution efficiency, reduce member friction, and deliver measurable member and operational outcomes.

Own the strategy and roadmap for WHOOP’s foundational sensing algorithms. Lead cross-functional work across product, sensor intelligence, machine learning, hardware, embedded systems, and science to improve measurement accuracy, reliability, robustness, and performance. Use field data, validation, member feedback, and benchmarking to identify opportunities, define success criteria, make technical tradeoffs, and translate sensing advances into improved health and performance experiences.

Own the architecture and technical direction of WHOOP’s Android connectivity layer, including BLE transport, history synchronization, firmware delivery, reliability, telemetry, and modular codebases. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, backend, and iOS teams; diagnose device-specific issues; improve testing and code quality; support releases and incident response; mentor engineers; and define modern Kotlin and Android engineering practices.

Owns learning operations and delivery across the company, including intake, prioritization, LMS administration, reporting, compliance, integrations, vendor management, content lifecycle, facilitation, and program measurement. Translates business needs into scalable learning solutions, partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improves learner experiences through automation, system enhancements, feedback, and data-driven insights.
