Responsibilities include distributed database architecture, replication, networking, multithreaded development, automated testing, security vulnerability remediation, platform configuration, and customer issue resolution. The role requires Linux development, database engineering, software design, and full software development lifecycle experience.

Oversee a portfolio of managed services customers, driving program strategy, customer onboarding, executive business reviews, performance governance, and value realization. Lead Foundation Building for new customers, coordinate implementation and transition activities, maintain dashboards and Salesforce updates, and establish scalable standards across Access Intelligence Platform offerings.
