Designs, integrates, verifies, tests, commissions, and troubleshoots Communication-Based Train Control railway signaling systems. Leads territory sales and customer relationship management for power systems products and solutions. Develops sales strategies, grows existing accounts, identifies new opportunities, forecasts revenue, manages manufacturer representatives, and partners with internal teams to deliver technical solutions. Maintains utility industry expertise while achieving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives across the assigned region.

Leads software engineering strategy, modernization, architecture, governance, and delivery across the Digital Solutions Division. Oversees enterprise-scale cloud and SaaS platforms, Agile and DevOps practices, security, reliability, and technology transformation initiatives including AI adoption. Manages engineering teams through hiring, coaching, performance development, and organizational change. Partners with product, sales, marketing, infrastructure, security, operations, customers, and vendors while managing budgets, ROI analyses, and technology investments.

Drive national sales and account growth for IT cooling equipment, services, and software. Develop strategic customer relationships, pursue new business, manage channel partners, lead proposals and negotiations, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires technical knowledge of HVAC, mission-critical infrastructure, power quality, and data center solutions, along with strong commercial, communication, and relationship-management skills.
