Develop new sales opportunities and technical customer solutions involving adhesives and processing systems. Collaborate with engineering and executive teams in the US and Germany, support startup projects and ongoing customers, manage internal and external projects, build a local sales network, and represent the company at trade shows. The role requires engineering expertise, technical problem-solving, customer support or sales experience, and willingness to travel.

Provide technical consultation and develop customer-specific solutions for semiconductor, optics, and microelectronics customers. Support DELO equipment (UV LED lamps, dispensing systems), run feasibility studies, integrate processes, identify new technologies, and collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and global DELO teams. Deliver on-site and remote technical support across North America.

Provide administrative support to the President and Sales team, manage calendars, travel, expense reports (SAP Concur), and vendor relationships. Plan sales meetings, trade shows, and seminars; maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence; monitor US regulatory compliance and support process optimization with international HQ.

Drive regional sales and project development for dispensing and curing equipment. Build and maintain relationships with machine integrators and vendors, identify customer requirements, coordinate with engineering and product teams, monitor market and competitors, and provide primary customer support and technical problem solving.
