Handle escalated customer and provider inquiries across channels, research and communicate resolutions to service issues, and assist with intake and resolution of complex cases.

Provide client onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Assist with usage issues, monitor performance metrics, proactively communicate with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Handle inbound healthcare calls from customers and providers, resolve inquiries, log cases in Claritev, maintain HIPAA/data privacy compliance, identify call trends, recommend improvements, and meet quality and productivity standards.
