The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Sales and Account Management team to meet revenue goals, coaching team members, managing pipeline strategies, and engaging with clients in the life sciences sector, particularly in clinical trials.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and operational corporate roles within the life-sciences organization. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source passive candidates, manage workflows in JazzHR, drive candidate experience, build talent pipelines, and track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

The Account Executive will develop and manage strategic partnerships, drive new business with CROs and Sponsors, and maintain a sales pipeline.
