About the Company

20/20 Onsite is a leading provider of mobile and on-site delivery of vision and eye-related testing and assessment services in support of clinical trials. We serve pharmaceutical clients and trial participants nationwide through a unique mobile and on-site service delivery platform reaching participants near where they live or work.

We help sponsors and CROs keep decentralized and hybrid trials on schedule and within protocol — reducing participant dropout, closing enrollment gaps, and improving data quality by removing the time and distance barriers that keep patients from completing visits. That operational reliability, built on deep relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and trial sites, is what’s driving the shift toward decentralized and hybrid clinical trials.

Summary

We're looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to own and scale the programs that fill our pipeline. You will report to the VP of Life Sciences and take end-to-end ownership of demand generation, content creation, and field marketing. This role is initially an individual contributor with oversight of marketing agency partners, with a clear growth path as the function scales.

We sell complex, configured services to quality-focused, technical clients operating in a highly regulated environment, where purchases move through a non-linear process involving multiple personas. You should have a solid understanding of the clinical research ecosystem and know how to turn that complexity into campaigns and messaging that generate qualified pipeline- from new-logo acquisition through land-and-expand growth in existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Own Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Own multi-channel demand generation programs (email, paid, organic social, and web) that generate and accelerate marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Build and manage lead scoring, nurture sequences, and segmentation in HubSpot — including modernizing the instance around its new Buying Group functionality — to drive clean handoffs to Sales
  • Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting priority pharma sponsors and CROs
  • Extend demand generation beyond new-logo acquisition to land-and-expand — supporting cross-sell, upsell, and follow-on pursuit in existing accounts

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own marketing reporting end to end; build, maintain and improve dashboards that connect spend and activity to pipeline and revenue
  • Track and monitor marketing performance; campaigns, channels, content, events, lead sources, lifecycle stages, attribution, and conversion to know what's working and why
  • Present findings and translate data into recommendations that shape marketing and sales decisions, not just document activity

Enable Sales Across the Full Cycle

  • Partner with Sales throughout the full sales cycle building the materials, messaging, and campaigns that support closing active deals and pursuing follow-on and expansion projects
  • Identify and help resolve the points in the sales process where a marketing gap is slowing or blocking a deal

Manage Agency & Channel Partners

  • Manage and serve as day-to-day point of contact for marketing agency partners including briefing, feedback, and approvals to keep work moving

Drive Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop content that speaks credibly to a clinical research audience; case studies, blog posts, website pages, event promotions, sales collateral, etc.
  • Build 20/20 Onsite’s voice in the decentralized and hybrid trial conversation
  • Own day-to-day management of company social media channels
  • Own the company website strategy, structure, and content as the primary hub for messaging, thought leadership, and lead capture

Run Events & Field Marketing

  • Own strategy and execution for industry events, conferences, and webinars — target list, messaging, logistics, and on-site presence
  • Turn each event into an extended campaign with post-event nurture, lead follow-up, content repurposing, and performance reporting

AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Use AI tools to improve research, writing, analysis, campaign development, content repurposing, reporting, and productivity
  • Develop repeatable AI-supported workflows while maintaining human review, factual accuracy, brand consistency, and appropriate data security
  • Evaluate new tools that could improve marketing efficiency or effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience within  the clinical research ecosystem- pharma, CROs or trial sites- required
  • Experience marketing into complex, multi-stakeholder B2B buying processes within a regulated or technical industry
  • Data-first mindset with  strong quantitative and analytical skills- you build the reporting, own the numbers and let data drive your decisions
  • A track record of owning programs and driving measurable pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Zoominfo a plus
  • Comfortable executing across multiple channels- email, social, paid, content, and events
  • Strong, clear writer who can translate complex clinical services into credible messaging for technical, expert audiences
  • Highly organized and self-directed  with strong project management instincts, you track deadlines, follow through, and communicate proactively
  • Skilled in utilizing AI to develop workflows while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency and appropriate data security

At 20/20 Onsite, we see differently. We're an open and inclusive team where each member brings depth of experience and energy to what we do. We love to geek out on problem solving — whether that's unlocking a new sales approach, finding a smarter workflow, or rethinking how clinical research reaches patients.

We offer competitive compensation, medical, dental, and life insurance and 401K. We strive to build a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, and we encourage candidates who meet most of our qualifications and share our vision to apply.
