The BDR will generate sales opportunities, engage with technical prospects, develop outreach strategies, and collaborate with Account Executives to optimize sales processes.

Lead Coralogix's global legal function and compliance strategy, advise executive team and Board, manage and develop legal team, oversee commercial, corporate, employment, privacy, and governance matters, support M&A and financings, standardize templates and processes, and manage external counsel to enable scalable global growth.

Provide commercial, corporate, and employment legal support: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS/technology and vendor contracts; advise on regulatory compliance and risk management (GDPR/data protection); implement legal tech and scale legal processes for global expansion; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales, procurement, finance, and HR.

Provide end-to-end technical support and ownership of customer cases, drive product adoption, onboard and train customers, create knowledge base content, escalate issues to internal teams, and act as the technical advocate for customers.
