Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

Coralogix is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing US Customer Success team, reporting to the Director of Customer Success. Customer Success Managers at Coralogix are essential in our effort to meet our customers’ expectations and help them derive maximum value from their Observability data. We seek a hard-working, smart, humble professional with proven customer-facing experience.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the holistic health of a portfolio of customers - driving onboarding, product adoption and observability maturity, securing renewals, and growing net dollar retention. While our Account Executives own the execution of expansion deals, the Customer Success Manager is the primary architect of NDR within their portfolio: identifying white-space opportunities, navigating into new lines of business, and sourcing qualified expansion pipeline. The key to success in this role is the ability to evangelize Coralogix’s approach, educate technical teams on the value of our platform, and quantify that value for business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, building broad and deep relationships with technical users, champions, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and observability maturity, guiding customers from basic logging to advanced proactive monitoring and security posture using Coralogix’s Observability Maturity Model.
  • Lead customer onboarding together with our Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers, ensuring seamless technical integration and rapid time-to-value.
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage/adoption data, and engagement trends; proactively identify risks and execute mitigation plans to protect renewals and reduce churn.
  • Run regular business reviews (QBRs) and deliver Value Realization reports that quantify ROI and business outcomes for customers.
  • Identify expansion. New teams  and white-space opportunities and source qualified pipeline to the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless CS-to-Sales hand-off during expansion cycles.
  • Own gross renewals for your portfolio, partnering with Account Executives on commercial terms and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with Product and Engineering to close the feedback loop and drive customer-informed roadmap decisions.
  • Know the Observability market well. Educate and enable customers to learn about Coralogix's advantages.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS company - Must
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and net dollar retention across a portfolio of technical customers - Must
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders - Must
  • Experience working with SaaS / cloud-native customers - Must
  • Ability to work in Boston HQ 2-3 days per week - Must
  • Strong technical background; experience as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer - Advantage
  • Experience working in a ‘shared-responsibility’ commercial model, sourcing expansion pipeline and collaborating closely with Sales.
  • Hands-on experience with success planning, health scoring, and QBRs that tie product usage to measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge and experience in Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM - Big advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies - AWS/GCP/Azure - Big advantage
  • Familiarity with observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic) - Advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
