Description

Coralogix is a leader in AI-powered observability, providing a modern, full-stack platform that transforms how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture leverages advanced AI to provide proactive insights and intelligent data analysis across logs, metrics, traces, and security events - all powered by in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing. By integrating automated incident response and machine learning into the core of the observability workflow, Coralogix sits at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping engineering and security teams improve operational efficiency while cutting observability spend by up to 70%.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Information Systems to lead Coralogix’s Information Systems function, manage the existing team, and ensure our internal business systems and data scale with the company’s growth.

You will own the company-wide IS strategy, oversee enterprise applications across functions such as G&A, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success, and drive system integrations, data, automation, and AI adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the IS function: Define and execute the IS roadmap, manage the existing team, and run one process to take in and prioritize all system requests.
  • Own business systems: Lead the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications across the organization, including NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, CaptivateIQ, ZIP, Gong, and Monday. Make sure each system is used to its full capability.
  • Own integrations: Manage the integration layer (Workato) and the data flows between systems. Every key integration has an owner, monitoring, and a clear recovery path.
  • Build the data foundation: Work with R&D to build a governed data platform that combines product usage data with business-system data. Deliver automated reporting on ARR, margin, and adoption by product. Own master data and shared metric definitions.
  • Lead automation and AI: Automate recurring manual work across Finance and other teams. Help less technical teams build and use AI agents in their daily work. Keep a clear pipeline of use cases with measured time saved.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Work with leaders across departments to design processes end to end, such as quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay. Business teams own their processes; you own the systems, the data between them, and the standards.
  • Establish governance and controls: Define policies, standards, and processes for system usage, access, and change management. Run regular access reviews and segregation of duties, and keep our systems audit-ready.
  • Manage vendors and investments: Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and technology-related budgets. Check actual usage before every renewal.

Your First Year

  • Take DealHub (CPQ) live end to end: from quote to Salesforce, NetSuite invoicing, and CaptivateIQ commissions.
  • Map all systems, integrations, owners, and costs, and put monitoring on every key integration.
  • Launch phase 1 of the data platform, with ARR and adoption by product updated automatically.
  • Select and roll out an FP&A planning system in time for the next planning cycle.
  • Deliver a first wave of automation and AI use cases, with measured hours saved.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems, including 3+ years leading teams.
  • Proven experience managing teams across locations and owning systems across multiple business functions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of system integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and integration platforms such as Workato.
  • Experience leading system implementations (at least one full ERP, CPQ, or quote-to-cash rollout), defining technology roadmaps, and managing vendors.
  • Experience building a data platform or reporting layer, including shared metric definitions.
  • Practical experience putting AI tools and agents to work in business processes.
  • Experience with internal controls and audit readiness (SOX or similar) in a multi-entity, multi-currency company.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach: you can build a workflow yourself, not only manage people who do.

Cultural Fit

We're seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
