Own financing operations across construction debt, permanent debt, and tax equity portfolios. Track conditions precedent, borrowing readiness, covenants, compliance deliverables, certifications, documentation, and lender reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, counsel, lenders, and investors to support timely fundings, resolve documentation issues, maintain audit-ready repositories, and improve financing workflows and portfolio reporting.
