The Account Executive will drive growth by generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting presentations, and managing the sales cycle in the K-12 education sector.

Lead district sales and go-to-market expansion from initial states to nationwide adoption. Own full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, procurement, RFP responses, and closing—while building playbooks, managing CRM pipeline, shaping messaging, and representing Lilypad at conferences.

Own and govern institutional technology platforms (Salesforce, education and referral systems). Drive CRM configuration, integrations, data integrity, adoption, vendor/budget management, and optimize retirement-to-wealth referral workflows to increase conversions and platform ROI.

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serve as primary client contact, negotiate sales agreements, collaborate cross-functionally for order fulfillment, analyze market trends, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.

Lead client-facing onboarding and implementation projects from intake through go-live. Translate state Medicaid and regulatory requirements into execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, resolve client issues, and drive post-implementation improvements to ensure operational readiness and contractual compliance.

Review and reconcile default mortgage insurance and investor claims (FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC) for accuracy, document findings, escalate trends, verify taxes/insurance, enforce procedures, and complete monthly audits to ensure timely, compliant claim submission.

Perform Ukrainian- and English-language open-source research and document review to assess KYC, sanctions, AML, and supply chain risks. Use Exiger's DDIQ and shipping databases to identify risk-relevant information, produce client-ready narratives, onboard and train users, and advise on tool usage. Support U.S. government clients with timely, accurate due diligence and risk assessments.
