Develop and maintain software in an agile, test-driven environment using pair programming. Lead technical decisions involving application and data model design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, and ensure application stability and performance. Partner with HR leaders on talent programs, performance cycles, employee relations, investigations, and HR projects. Coordinate learning and development initiatives, HR operations tasks, and maintain HR documentation and org data to support organizational effectiveness.

Lead territory revenue growth by managing full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, evangelizing Cytel solutions, organizing events, and exceeding quarterly targets through strategic, consultative selling and pipeline management.

Manage volunteer agency applications, file and retrieve client documents, handle incoming/outgoing mail, provide customer service to clients and vendors, enter applications into LIHEAP database, and provide receptionist backup and vendor contact support.

Build backend services, APIs, data workflows, AI-enabled applications, coding agents, and secure DevSecOps pipelines for government and defense customers. Establish controlled AI development environments, automated quality and security testing, compliance evidence, software supply-chain protections, and Platform One-compatible deployment workflows. Modernize legacy applications and collaborate with software, platform, cybersecurity, and mission teams to transition R&D prototypes into secure operational capabilities.
