The Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead the product marketing strategy, focusing on positioning, messaging, and differentiating ReversingLabs' cybersecurity solutions, while managing a cross-functional team and integrating AI tools for efficiency.

Lead commercial growth for 3-5 Tier 1 retail accounts post-sale: own expansion, renewals, and ARR through account planning, upsell, negotiation, executive engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Use data-driven strategies, Salesforce and Trumpet for pipeline and forecasting, and partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to realize customer value and scale long-term enterprise relationships.

Sell Pre-Hospital and Transfer SaaS to mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations. Build relationships with clinical, IT, and operational decision-makers, manage a high-volume pipeline, run virtual and in-person demos, execute consultative value-based selling, close new logos, and expand existing accounts while partnering cross-functionally.

Lead the development of procurement strategies, drive vendor management, ensure cost savings, and establish procurement processes in a remote-first environment.

Lead planning and execution of regional brand activations across the Western U.S., including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, on-site logistics, budget management, localizing national campaigns, building partner relationships, and serving as primary regional stakeholder contact. Significant in-market travel required to support activations and ensure ROI and consistent execution.

Provide tax preparation, planning, and advisory services for individuals and businesses holding bitcoin and digital assets. Prepare and file tax returns, calculate cost basis and gains/losses, advise on mining/staking/airdrop income, collaborate with advisors and estate planners, maintain compliance documentation, and contribute thought leadership through articles and webinars.

Provide execution-focused PR support across multiple client accounts: draft bylines, pitches, press releases, and social content; build and maintain targeted media lists and databases; coordinate media outreach, interviews, and project logistics; monitor coverage and maintain trackers; research journalists, trends, and story angles; and keep projects on schedule to free senior account managers for strategic work.

Own and grow a Southeast or Mid-Atlantic commercial territory targeting companies with 500–2,500 employees. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, new business acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, multi-product deal closure, forecasting, territory management, executive presentations, negotiation, industry events, and collaboration with internal and channel teams. The role requires communicating cybersecurity and identity-access solutions to business leaders while consistently achieving sales quotas.

Manage day-to-day IT for a remote-first startup, including onboarding and offboarding, device and account administration, employee troubleshooting, IT documentation, vendor coordination, endpoint security, DNS, MDM, patching, and compliance support. The role also contributes to IT projects such as MDM migration, tooling rollouts, vendor evaluation, and security improvements. This is a part-time engagement of approximately 8–10 hours weekly with occasional onsite support preferred in the San Francisco Bay Area.
