Lead multiple cross-functional development teams as Scrum Master: facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partner with Product Owners, remove impediments, coach Agile practices, coordinate dependencies across development/QA/architecture/DevOps, support integrations and data migrations, track Agile metrics, and drive continuous improvement to deliver value.

Manage and grow a portfolio of independent garden centers, nurseries, and landscapers by developing sales plans, prospecting new accounts, coordinating product and inventory with internal teams, and providing expert horticultural guidance. Negotiate pricing and contracts, represent the company at industry events, and ensure high customer satisfaction through frequent territory visits.

Support M&A-focused Sales Operations by creating reports, managing forecasts across multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring registration and compensation data quality, handling territory and commission disputes, coordinating lead flow with acquired company operations, and acting as primary Sales Operations contact for the acquired company.
