Serve as primary contact for clients enrolled in the Debt Management Program, guide them through payment plans, monitor accounts, coordinate with internal teams, re-engage clients who fall off track, and promote self-service tools to improve retention and outcomes.

Design, implement, and optimize analytics-focused SQL data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines. Build data models and schemas for reporting and analytics, provide best-practice guidance, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, deliver documentation and training, and support cloud data platform initiatives across client projects.

Provide administrative support to the President and Sales team, manage calendars, travel, expense reports (SAP Concur), and vendor relationships. Plan sales meetings, trade shows, and seminars; maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence; monitor US regulatory compliance and support process optimization with international HQ.

Lead onsite HR activities supporting store leadership and hourly outfitters: hiring, onboarding, training monitoring, performance management, HRIS/payroll/scheduling processing, record keeping, confidentiality, associate recognition, first-level issue resolution, administrative support, invoice and expense processing in Coupa, supply ordering, and travel coordination.

This role focuses on designing automation solutions across multiple platforms, reducing human intervention through innovative engineering, and enhancing system performance using agile methodologies.
