As a Patient Engagement Specialist I, you'll handle outbound calls to patients, educate them about services, and book appointments using communication skills and software tools.

Provide front desk support as the primary visitor contact: greet visitors, manage calls, support staff and students, coordinate event setup/breakdown, maintain shared spaces, handle room scheduling, attendance tracking, data entry, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth front office operations.
