Build and launch core products from zero to one, make foundational architecture decisions, work across the technology stack, and partner closely with founders and customers. Assist with engineering and servicing of solar systems while developing, testing, validating, and deploying firmware solutions. The Assistant Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, audits, compliance, grant and restricted fund management, endowment accounting, and internal controls. The role supervises accounting staff, supports budgeting and forecasting, manages nonprofit and government award requirements, and leads Sage Intacct, process, and systems improvements. This primarily remote position requires periodic travel to AMC locations in Boston and New Hampshire.

Supports electrical engineering teams with basic designs, CAD/BIM drafting, system design, documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, field investigations, and construction site visits. The role includes mentoring and participation in an Engineering Development Training program. Candidates need an electrical or architectural engineering degree, familiarity with AutoCAD, design and calculation software, and Microsoft Office; Revit experience and FE/EIT credentials are preferred.
