Supports commercial insurance account management by processing policies, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and customer requests. Serves as a liaison between clients and carriers, reviews loss information, gathers renewal materials, and negotiates pricing when needed. The role also supports internal projects, maintains knowledge of company systems, and builds customer relationships through effective communication, service, and retention techniques.

Manage commercial insurance accounts as primary client contact: process policy changes, handle renewals and marketing, communicate with carriers, prepare documentation, monitor billing and audits, document activity, and support producers and account technicians.
