As an Attorney Assistant, you will provide organizational and administrative support, manage calendars, handle client communications, process billing, and maintain confidentiality of information.

Serve as subject-matter expert for electronic billing: monitor eBilling submissions and rejections, resolve discrepancies with attorneys and clients, manage client e-billing setups, modify LEDES/XML files, prepare reports, support collections, and assist on special projects under the Electronic Billing Manager.
