Manages communications and engagement initiatives for an Employee Assistance Program and related well-being programs. Coordinates communication planning, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, training schedules, webinar support, registration, and content development. Drive adoption, value realization, KPI monitoring, business cases, and continuous product improvement while ensuring measurable clinical and financial outcomes.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, variance and profitability analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making. Identifies cost savings, revenue opportunities, process improvements, and forecasting enhancements. Improves team workflows, resolves bottlenecks, and coaches junior team members.
