The Project Leader I manages new product development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and quality for successful outcomes.

Develop, implement, and support automated production test systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, and XJTAG. Design boundary-scan tests, integrate instrumentation (PXI, DAQ, SMUs, DMMs), support NPI and sustaining test stations, troubleshoot production failures, analyze test data to improve yield, document procedures, and mentor junior engineers.

The incumbent will design mechanical systems for product development in R&D, supervise designers, and ensure quality through collaboration and validation in production.
