Build and scale a high-performing delivery organization, ensure on-time/on-budget executions, define repeatable delivery frameworks, and collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, and technology partners to support large-scale, multi-site deployments.

Manage project setup, validate time and expenses, execute client invoicing and vendor invoice processing in Certinia. Partner with project managers and finance to resolve billing discrepancies, support revenue recognition, monitor project financials, and develop reporting/dashboards. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve billing accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Lead client-facing IT programs from planning through delivery. Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Drive governance, facilitate ceremonies, maintain program documentation, coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives to deliver measurable client value.
