Supports DoD and Air Force system authorization and accreditation under the Risk Management Framework. Performs ISSE, ISSM, and ISSO duties; conducts risk, vulnerability, security, audit, and compliance assessments; develops security and recovery procedures; evaluates security events; protects systems, networks, and data; and ensures adherence to cybersecurity policies and information assurance requirements.

Manage and coordinate Integrated Master Schedule activities across PMO functional disciplines. The role supports Air Force C3I and infrastructure programs and requires full-time onsite work at Hanscom AFB.

Manage program Configuration Management and CDRL data for DoD programs: maintain baselines, control changes, support CCBs/TRBs, prepare FCA/PCA audits, track contractor deliveries, and ensure contractual compliance.

Support DoD contracting activities for AFLCMC/HNJ at Hanscom AFB including acquisition strategy, drafting RFPs/IFBs, price/cost evaluation, contract administration and close-out, data analysis, clerical support, and training. Contractor will not negotiate and must perform other assigned duties in support of special programs.

Lead acquisition program analysis and reporting for DoD systems: assess cost, schedule, and performance; support statutory reports; coordinate reviews, PMR/POM tasks, IMP/IMS, risk management, and cross-functional schedules.

Lead systems engineering for DoD aircraft programs: evaluate program portfolios, design and execute system-level tests, prepare technical documentation and presentations, validate systems, support acquisition/integration/sustainment, perform trade-space analysis and risk management, and provide technical training and support.

Provides acquisition and sustainment financial management across DoD programs, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, execution reporting, schedule and earned value management. Prepares financial documentation, analyzes funding requirements, identifies accounting discrepancies, and recommends solutions to program managers. Supports financial systems, acquisition lifecycle processes, and compliance with Air Force and DoD comptroller policies.

Provides principal-level systems engineering support for Department of the Air Force battle network acquisition and lifecycle activities. Responsibilities include operational analysis, systems-of-systems architecture, requirements translation, interoperability design, risk assessment, execution strategy, and test and evaluation planning. The role supports sensor-to-shooter connectivity across joint and coalition forces, evaluates future-state architectures, and applies analytics, modeling, simulation, cloud, agile, DevSecOps, and acquisition expertise.
