Lead planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of voice/data/video networked systems. Analyze requirements, monitor capacity and performance, diagnose/resolve issues, recommend backup/recovery, enforce cybersecurity policies, and support integration and lifecycle activities for mission-critical DoD networks.

Design, develop, document, and maintain software solutions following the SDLC in an Agile environment. Implement DevOps practices for cloud and non-cloud apps, conduct systems analysis, integrate with teams, and support mission objectives while meeting customer needs.

Support AFNWC NC3 Integration Directorate by developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), coordinating schedule activities across the PMO, producing scheduling products (Gantt charts, network diagrams), performing schedule risk assessments and EVM analysis, communicating status to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with acquisition processes to meet program objectives.

Provide acquisition and program management support across the DoD acquisition lifecycle at Hanscom AFB. Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, source selection, acquisition documentation and reporting, contractor coordination, program integration, and briefings to support Program Managers and IPTs in compliance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and Air Force guidance.

Manage all phases of DoD acquisition programs, monitor cost/schedule/performance, identify and mitigate risks, prepare acquisition documentation and executive briefings, support reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives and regulatory reporting compliance.

Manage program Configuration Management and CDRL data for DoD programs: maintain baselines, control changes, support CCBs/TRBs, prepare FCA/PCA audits, track contractor deliveries, and ensure contractual compliance.

Support DoD contracting activities for AFLCMC/HNJ at Hanscom AFB including acquisition strategy, drafting RFPs/IFBs, price/cost evaluation, contract administration and close-out, data analysis, clerical support, and training. Contractor will not negotiate and must perform other assigned duties in support of special programs.

Lead acquisition program analysis and reporting for DoD systems: assess cost, schedule, and performance; support statutory reports; coordinate reviews, PMR/POM tasks, IMP/IMS, risk management, and cross-functional schedules.

Provide administrative and program management support within a DoD setting: manage records and workflow taskers, review documents, prepare status briefings, take meeting minutes, coordinate travel, liaise with branch and directorate staff, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient team operations.

Manage configuration of software, hardware, engineering documents, and design drawings; maintain CM records; convene/manage CCBs/TRBs; review/analyze proposed changes; ensure contractor conformance to CDRLs; archive acquisition documentation and process government correspondence per DoD regulations.
