Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division (AFLCMC/ESG).
The ESG Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.
This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA and is five days onsite.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to PK leadership and contracting teams.
  • Manage daily taskers, suspense actions, action items, and organizational deliverables.
  • Maintain PK official records, contract closeout files, trackers, and documentation repositories.
  • Oversee personnel in-/out-processing and maintain office documentation, calendars and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, virtual sessions, and prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials.
  • Manage KTFileShare, SharePoint, Teams resources, permission access, and inspection readiness.
  • Support workflow management, office operations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and leadership documentation.
  • Disseminate program guidance, maintain leadership awareness of priorities, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Assist with DTS travel coordination and serve as VRO/TCO telephone focal point.
  • Validate recurring reports and support ESGK training events and office activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements: 

    • Must be a U.S. citizen
    • Must hold a current secret clearance
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD OR, 15 years of directly related experience, eight of which must be in the DoD
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
    • SharePoint administration and documentation management
    • Calendar management and executive scheduling support
    • Meeting coordination and virtual collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
    • Action item, suspense, and workflow tracking
    • Preparation of executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
    • Records management and file maintenance in accordance with DoD policies
    • Data collection, analysis, and administrative reporting
    • Experience supporting DoD acquisition or program management offices
    • Knowledge of Air Force organizational structures and administrative processes

      The expected annual salary range: $80k - $90k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
