Provide technical and logistical support for DoD equipment lifecycle and sustainment. Manage configuration control, technical orders, deficiency reports, provisioning, DMSMS mitigation, spares forecasting, and support troubleshooting. Participate in audits, CCBs/TRBs, prepare TCTOs, and transition to digital technical order systems to ensure NC3-related systems remain mission-ready.

Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk; prepare and review acquisition documentation and statutory reports; support milestone briefings, source selection, contractor coordination, funding actions, and program integration; ensure compliance with DoD/AF acquisition guidance and support senior leadership briefings and program reporting.

Provide systems engineering and mission integration support across the DoD acquisition lifecycle for the Air Mission Integration Team, translating operational requirements into technical solutions, developing architectures, driving interoperability, supporting test and evaluation, and preparing technical briefings and documentation.

Manage program budgets and financial reporting for AFLCMC/ES. Perform forecasting, variance and EVM analysis, maintain financial records, prepare funding documents and briefings, support audits, exercises, and ad-hoc reporting, and use DoD financial systems for decision support.

Manage HR-focused program activities supporting Air Force/DoD customers: workforce planning, staffing, organizational effectiveness, program schedules, reports, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, recruitment/onboarding, training, and executive briefings to ensure mission continuity and policy compliance.

Provide high-level administrative and program support to senior Air Force PEO leadership: manage calendars, taskers, classified meetings, travel (DTS), documentation, reports, and office processes while overseeing clerical staff and ensuring timely completion of executive actions.

Provide systems engineering support across the DoD acquisition lifecycle including requirements, architecture, system modeling, test & evaluation, sustainment, ICDs, proposal evaluation, and technical documentation to deliver and sustain electronic and radar/ATCALS systems for the USAF.

Lead and support Air Force acquisition programs across the lifecycle: manage cost, schedule, performance, risks, documentation, milestone briefings, source selection support, contractor coordination, funding actions, and program reporting to support government Program Managers and IPTs.

Provide program-level acquisition and contracting support for DoD programs: manage cost/schedule/performance, develop RFP inputs, review acquisition documents, prepare statutory reports, maintain risk management, coordinate schedules, and support funding actions and program leadership.

The Senior Systems Engineer will evaluate and improve systems engineering processes and conduct system level tests to ensure performance meets specifications, providing technical support and training throughout program lifecycle.

The Junior Administrative Assistant will support senior management, handle communications, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in documentation and travel planning.

The Systems Engineer III/Senior will manage virtualization environments, focusing on hypervisor platforms, system architecture, automation, and software integration in a secure DoD setting.

Manage program Configuration Management and CDRL data for DoD programs: maintain baselines, control changes, support CCBs/TRBs, prepare FCA/PCA audits, track contractor deliveries, and ensure contractual compliance.

Support DoD contracting activities for AFLCMC/HNJ at Hanscom AFB including acquisition strategy, drafting RFPs/IFBs, price/cost evaluation, contract administration and close-out, data analysis, clerical support, and training. Contractor will not negotiate and must perform other assigned duties in support of special programs.
