Evaluates ROI, develops pricing and marketing strategies, addresses customer needs, and mentors teams while influencing future optical communication technologies.

Develops wafer-test infrastructure and design-verification experiments for photonic and electronic integrated circuits. Responsibilities include characterizing devices, automating wafer and chip test stations, integrating commercial hardware, analyzing measurement data, collaborating with design teams, and creating custom hardware with CAD and rapid prototyping to support manufacturing.

Designs and develops hardware test boards and platforms for high-speed electro-optical device characterization in R&D and manufacturing environments. Performs laboratory testing, analog design and debugging, test-system development, hardware bring-up, and firmware development for microcontrollers. Supports System-on-Chip optical engine development and interfaces with vendors. Preferred experience includes power supply design, advanced PCB stack-ups, optical instrumentation, automated measurements, and coherent optical communications.

Lead strategic growth and executive customer relationships for Nokia’s data center networking and optical transport portfolio. Develop account strategies, influence customer technology roadmaps, manage complex sales cycles, and coordinate cross-functional teams through qualification, proof-of-concept, procurement, and deployment. Apply expertise in networking, IP routing, optical transport, and data center interconnect technologies to drive revenue, competitive wins, and long-term account expansion with hyperscale and large-scale infrastructure customers.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Fixed Networks (PON) and IP solutions, engage customers, design and demo solutions, configure and quote systems, collaborate with sales and partners, and support trials and network operations.

Design and develop highly available, fault-tolerant distributed edge computing platforms using Go, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud technologies. Build scalable APIs, troubleshoot complex systems, conduct code reviews, optimize performance and security, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, contribute to planning, and maintain technical documentation.

Develop test routines for silicon photonics optical transceivers, create custom hardware and software, automate testing, conduct experiments, analyze data, and draw conclusions. The role is a four-month onsite cooperative position for a student pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

Develops coherent optical subsystem and manufacturing test solutions onsite. Responsibilities include configuring test instrumentation, supporting automated manufacturing test infrastructure, and developing .NET applications. Requires experience with optical and electrical test equipment, electronics schematics, VB or C# object-oriented programming, and SQL Server databases. Azure DevOps experience, analytical skills, and strong communication are preferred.
