The Senior Business Analyst partners with Platform Engineering to measure the business impact of infrastructure, identity, authentication, and security initiatives. Guides design intent through tooling, validation, and launch, presents decisions to senior leadership, collaborates with external suppliers, and mentors industrial designers.

Designs, develops, and operates Kubernetes clusters on AWS while improving platform scalability, resilience, security, deployment safety, and release velocity. The role advances CI/CD, developer productivity tooling, infrastructure automation, and secure-by-default practices. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, roadmap planning, cross-functional collaboration, technical leadership, mentoring, and operating complex production infrastructure.

Owns end-to-end materials readiness and supply execution across new product introduction and sustaining hardware programs. Coordinates demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing capacity, and clear-to-build processes while identifying and mitigating risks. Partners with engineering, supply management, operations, finance, manufacturing sites, and external manufacturing partners to support ramps, launch targets, product continuity, and inventory health. Advocates for accessible, inclusive, ethical, and transparent AI design while using Figma and AI-enabled tools throughout the design process.

Supports the scaling of WHOOP’s wholesale and B2B operations by improving ERP, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting systems. Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions, integrations, and process improvements.
