Partners with Product, Business Technology, AI Software, Analytics, and Operations to translate service needs into scalable solutions, improve resolution efficiency, reduce member friction, and deliver measurable member and operational outcomes.

Create production-ready 3D surface models for wearables, accessories, charging systems, and packaging. Translate industrial design intent into refined NURBS surfaces using Autodesk Alias, integrate models with SolidWorks and engineering workflows, and support products from concept through manufacturing. Collaborate across industrial design, engineering, manufacturing, and product teams while addressing ergonomics, tooling, assembly, durability, and manufacturability. Mentor teams and improve surfacing standards, data exchange, and AI-assisted design practices.

Leads commercial analytics across digital commerce, apparel and accessories, and wholesale. Manages analysts, owns bookings forecasting, develops customer and channel economics frameworks, and builds scenario-planning and measurement models. Partners with Finance and senior stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities, diagnose performance, quantify tradeoffs, and guide investment decisions. Requires strong SQL, analytical modeling, people leadership, and cross-functional business judgment.

Own commercial analytics for WHOOP’s Wholesale business, analyzing partner, product, pricing, promotion, inventory, and geographic performance. Build scalable reporting tools, support forecasting and market sizing, identify growth opportunities, and translate transactional and retailer data into recommendations. Partner with Wholesale, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics Engineering teams to improve channel performance, data quality, and go-to-market strategy.

Leads strategy, development, and growth of WHOOP’s healthcare product portfolio. Builds and scales the Healthcare Product team, partners with clinical, regulatory, engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams, and brings evidence-based digital health products from concept through launch. Priorities include preventive health, clinical monitoring, chronic condition management, digital biomarkers, provider solutions, regulatory requirements, clinical evidence, privacy, quality, adoption, and business performance.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and performance for apparel, accessories, referrals, and promotional campaigns. Develop coordinated email, SMS, and in-app experiences, using member data, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive discovery, cross-sell, repeat purchases, referrals, and growth. Analyze test results, scale effective initiatives, and partner with Growth, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Commercial teams.

Lead electrical system characterization, experimentation, debugging, and design improvements for next-generation wearable hardware. Develop architectures, schematics, PCB designs, validation methods, and automated analysis tools while resolving complex system-level issues across power, mixed-signal, digital, sensing, and timing domains. Manage and mentor a small electrical engineering team, collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, systems, software, and manufacturing teams, and support production-ready hardware development.

Owns revenue recovery and loss-prevention strategies across payments, device loss, scams, and abuse. Uses data, experimentation, and financial analysis to identify revenue leakage, quantify impact, and optimize recovery initiatives. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Membership Services on cross-functional programs, incident response, risk mitigation, and member experience improvements.

Owns electronic component selection, qualification, lifecycle management, and supply-risk mitigation for new and sustaining hardware programs. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, and suppliers to resolve technical issues, manage obsolescence and alternate components, maintain BOM and component data, support failure analysis, and improve cost, quality, reliability, compliance, and supply continuity processes.

Lead global sourcing strategy and supplier management for electrical components and assemblies across new product introduction and sustaining programs. Partner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and manufacturing teams on supplier selection, negotiations, cost strategy, capacity planning, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Manage technologies including semiconductors, sensors, batteries, PCBAs, displays, and connectors while supporting product launches, production ramps, and supply continuity.
