WHOOP is hiring a Business Operations Program Manager to support strategic planning, AI enablement, operational performance, and cross-functional execution across the Operations organization. This Boston-based position is an individual-contributor role.Sitting at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and Analytics, you will drive efforts to build an AI-first operational culture. You will also help expand the Operations Scorecard and performance reporting suite, not only reporting out on but leveraging that data to create and drive initiatives targeted at both cost efficiency and perfect member experience.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical curiosity with strong project execution to transform operational workflows through AI, communicating effectively across both technical and business teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a layer between Analytics and Operations stakeholders, leveraging AI tooling such as Snowflake Cortex to analyze data and present clear summaries and actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Develop AI enabled analytical workflows and frameworks; enable cross-functional teams to leverage AI self-service tools, track value generation, and partner with Business Analytics and Business Systems to operationalize successful use cases across an AI-first organization.

  • Expand the Operations Scorecard and reporting suite through recurring reporting, metric deep dives, root-cause analysis, and tracking of initiative impact against performance.

  • Own defined cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation, managing plans, dependencies, risks, stakeholder inputs, and outcome tracking.

  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to identify performance gaps, align on root causes, and translate insights into actions, owners, milestones, and success measures.

  • Support strategic planning, initiative prioritization, and OKR execution through project plans, status reporting, decision logs, executive reviews, and stakeholder follow-through.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or program management.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and consistently follow through.

  • Working proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using AI models or AI-enabled analytical tools; experience with Snowflake or Snowflake Cortex is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate KPIs, identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and translate complex technical analysis into clear business implications and recommendations.

  • Proven ability to follow through on recommendations, driving ideas from initial creation through execution and success tracking.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and nontechnical teams.

  • Comfortable developing presentations, reports, process documentation, and analytical outputs using Google Sheets and Slides.

  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a high degree of ownership and a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and responsible use of AI.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $140,000 Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
