Partner with Deal Desk, FP&A, Strategy Ops, and Business Applications on ASC 606 matters, system enhancements, and process automation across Salesforce, Zone Billing, and NetSuite ARM. Lead reporting improvements and revenue metric visualization using Sigma and Claude.

Manage strategic enterprise customers, guiding adoption of Snyk’s application security platform and leading DevSecOps transformations. Build executive and technical relationships, design onboarding strategies, facilitate QBRs, demonstrate ROI, identify expansion opportunities, advocate for customer needs, and coordinate internal resources to resolve complex technical challenges.

Threat model and secure Snyk’s GCP and AWS cloud infrastructure by creating Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps fixes. Harden IAM, Kubernetes, containers, and deployment pipelines; implement CSPM and security testing; benchmark against CIS, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53; review AI-generated changes; and consult with platform teams to drive secure implementations.

Own strategic technical success for Fortune 100 enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, onboarding, and expansion of Snyk’s application security platform. Build trusted relationships with engineering and security leaders, lead business reviews, demonstrate ROI through data-driven storytelling, advocate for customer needs, and coordinate resources to resolve technical challenges and support DevSecOps transformations.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to global R&D (engineering, product, design). Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.

Lead pre- and post-sales solution architecture for enterprise customers, leveraging AppSec and AI-native expertise to drive deals, define scalable architectures, quantify ROI, influence product direction, and deliver technical presentations to technical and executive audiences.

Serve as the strategic procurement owner for Finance, Legal, CIS, and People & Workplace. Own full Source-to-Pay lifecycle for G&A categories, embed with stakeholders, drive P2P adoption and data quality, manage month-end close activities, enforce controls and audit readiness, and optimize SaaS spend and procurement systems (Coupa/ERP).
