Unleash AI Innovators, Securely

Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it.

Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust.

Job Summary

Snyk is hiring a Senior Customer Growth Manager to scale our post-sale growth engine. You will help customers realize value faster, discover new use cases, and get more from Snyk as their needs evolve. This is not a traditional customer marketing role. You will turn customer insights and product signals into personalized, AI-powered growth experiences that deliver the right value at the right moment, and you will own the results in adoption, consumption, and expansion pipeline.

About the Team

You will join the Customer Marketing and Advocacy Team, which builds the programs that deepen customer relationships and fuel sustainable growth after the sale. We are a hands-on team with real ownership and autonomy. We move fast, challenge what's possible, work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and GTM Operations, and have plenty of fun along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive customer expansion by building data-driven, account-based growth programs that identify high-opportunity segments, uncover whitespace and new use cases, and generate qualified upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to turn customer engagement into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Use product telemetry, customer insights, and behavioral signals to build personalized growth journeys that accelerate time to value, deepen platform utilization, and surface new capabilities.

  • Design and orchestrate programs across email, in-app experiences, webinars, workshops, and targeted high-touch engagements, delivering the right experience at the right moment.

  • Build the processes, playbooks, and cross-functional operating rhythms that connect customer behavior to new use cases, consumption, qualified expansion pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

  • Build practical AI workflows and agents that identify growth opportunities, personalize customer experiences, and streamline execution, so impact scales without scaling manual effort.

  • Run experiments continuously, measure what works, and scale the motions that deliver results.

  • Help shape a modern, AI-forward customer growth function by challenging traditional post-sale motions and building repeatable programs that last.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in customer growth, customer success lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, customer-led growth, GTM strategy, or customer expansion within B2B SaaS.

  • A track record of building programs that generate measurable consumption, expansion pipeline, or revenue impact.

  • Experience with usage-based, consumption-based, or hybrid SaaS business models.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn product and customer data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Experience building programs from the ground up, testing ideas quickly, and scaling the motions that work.

  • Commercial instincts and confidence partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and GTM Operations.

  • Hands-on curiosity about AI: you actively experiment with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, build practical workflows, and look for ways to improve how work gets done.

  • The ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution, with strong judgment, customer empathy, and technical curiosity.
