The UX Designer will create user-centered app experiences for SharkNinja products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing designs from concept to implementation.

Lead and execute SharkNinja's AI integration across the engineering lifecycle: build unified engineering data infrastructure, deploy AI-powered tooling for design, testing, reliability, and program management, embed AI Fellows into teams, drive change management and adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes tied to faster, higher-quality product development.

Lead design validation and engineering quality activities for new outdoor heated products, including DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and ECN analysis. Represent quality on cross-functional NPD teams, establish process controls with suppliers and manufacturing, support 8D/CAPA activities, analyze pre-production data, define validation metrics, and present quality status to leadership to ensure products meet customer requirements before launch.

Lead and execute AI integration across finance and legal, owning strategy, sequencing, and delivery. Build and lead embedded AI Fellows, productionalize LLM-driven tools, drive adoption, measure business impact, and coordinate with external partners to consolidate initiatives and ensure enterprise readiness.

Lead enterprise AI integration across Product Development and Product Excellence. Build unified data infrastructure, deploy AI tools, reform program management, scale AI-powered quality and consumer insights, and lead an embedded AI Fellows team to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and organizational change across hardware and consumer product lifecycles.

Participate in product development from research and concept to CAD and prototyping. Support industrial design leads on product launches, create sketches and high-fidelity renderings, build presentation assets and prototypes, collaborate with engineering to produce production-ready CAD, and specify finishes, materials, and textures. Contribute to cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, consumer-product environment.

Lead strategy, operations, and global expansion of SharkNinja's early talent programs. Build and lead a team, manage program budgets and vendors, oversee recruiting and university relations, design cohort operations and performance frameworks, drive intern-to-hire conversion, partner with executives, and use data and AI-enabled tools to measure and scale program impact.

Lead post-launch product quality investigations, analyze customer complaints and returns, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, support suppliers on 8D responses, participate in design reviews and DFMEA, manage product health reporting, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and senior management to improve product performance and customer experience.

Lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of global mobility and immigration programs across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Serve as subject-matter expert for U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration, manage visa sponsorships, renewals, and case portfolios, partner with HR, Legal, Compensation, Payroll, Finance and external counsel, develop policies and compliance frameworks, leverage AI/automation to optimize processes, analyze program metrics, and manage vendor relationships to deliver scalable, compliant, and employee-focused mobility solutions.
