Owns the 5-star product quality standard across new product development programs. Leads quality reviews, pre-production VEGA hack sessions, predictive modeling, testing plans, safety and certification delivery, and DFMEA readiness. Partners with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, testing teams, and external labs to identify risks early, resolve issues, and ensure products are safe, compliant, consumer-validated, and launch-ready.

Lead demand forecasting and commercial planning by synthesizing sales, inventory, channel, and category signals into actionable outlooks. Conduct forecast reviews, scenario planning, risk analysis, and monthly phasing while partnering with Sales, Supply Planning, Finance, and Product Development. Build AI-assisted reporting, anomaly detection, and narrative workflows using tools such as Claude, BI platforms, Python, and SQL. Track planning KPIs and improve processes as business needs evolve.

Executes global inventory planning and fulfillment strategies for assigned product categories. Creates inventory plans, manages purchase orders, monitors service and inventory levels, incorporates demand and supply forecasts, and coordinates with demand planning, production, logistics, sales, marketing, and product development. Supports product integrity throughout new product development for floorcare products. Participates in design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, safety reviews, design validation, engineering change assessments, DFM reviews, and quality documentation approval. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers on process controls, corrective actions, CAPA, and quality gates. Analyzes test and build data, tracks validation metrics, identifies risks, and presents quality status to leadership.

Leads product integrity and quality excellence across the full new product development portfolio. Owns the 5-star product standard, portfolio quality risk, predictive quality modeling, structured testing, safety and regulatory certification, DFMEA governance, and pre-production quality events. Directs cross-functional engineering, product development, marketing, testing, and external lab activities while building and managing a team of quality managers and analysts. Requires strong stakeholder influence, consumer data analysis, and expertise in product quality for consumer electronics or home appliances.

Leads the development and enhancement of robotic product platforms from concept through launch. Owns technical roadmaps, product specifications, validation, competitive benchmarking, legacy product improvements, project timelines, and vendor coordination. Own the Shark Robots category strategy, roadmap, product specifications, quality standards, cost structure, sourcing strategy, go-to-market plans, budget, and resourcing. Lead and develop managers and product developers while partnering across engineering, design, marketing, testing, quality, supply chain, and executive leadership. Drive consumer-focused product decisions, breakthrough initiatives, portfolio growth, and product launches from concept through mass production.

Own global media investment tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, reporting, governance, and optimization. Manage agency relationships and enterprise media partnerships, monitor performance, recommend budget reallocations, and improve tools and processes.
