Serve as the second attorney reporting to the CLO, owning commercial contracting, compliance, employment, regulatory, and strategic legal work. Design and implement AI-enabled legal workflows, build legal operations, advise business stakeholders, and develop compliance programs in a high-growth logistics company.

Provide legal advice to the People team across hiring, performance, terminations, accommodations, and multistate employment compliance. Own employment disputes and litigation strategy, manage investigations and administrative charges, and advise on non-exempt workforce issues. Support adjacent areas (privacy, ERISA, executive comp, commercial contracting) and drive AI tool adoption within legal workflows.
