Sell payment orchestration, checkout optimization, fraud reduction, and related solutions to retailers, marketplaces, and e-commerce companies. Collaborate with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.

Drive new enterprise revenue across the travel sector, including airlines, OTAs, hospitality groups, and travel marketplaces. Own the full consultative sales cycle, develop executive-level relationships, manage pipelines and forecasts, achieve quotas, and expand existing accounts. Position DEUNA’s payments platform around payment orchestration, cross-border processing, fraud reduction, approval-rate optimization, alternative payment methods, and checkout conversion. Collaborate with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success to close and onboard strategic clients.

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects for enterprise U.S. accounts, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, and escalations. Coordinate Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams from planning through stabilization and post-project review. Drive accountability and decision-making without direct authority while ensuring customer and business objectives remain aligned.

Own merchant onboarding and technical integration projects from post-sale design through go-live and three weeks of stabilization. Prepare integration documentation and statements of work, create timelines, manage risks and stakeholders, support merchant engineering teams, coordinate Product and Engineering work, develop UAT matrices, validate payment flows, and ensure operationally successful launches.
