Manage curriculum assessment and liaison activities between the College and Nightingale Innovations: evaluate program outcomes, support faculty training, develop assessment instruments, lead curriculum committees, ensure DoE and accreditation compliance, and support instructional strategy and LMS integration.

Prepare and process Title IV financial aid, verify ISIRs and documentation, resolve C-codes and conflicting data, package and disburse funds, support advisors and managers, maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, and assist with financial aid projects and customer service.

Advise learners and parents on financial aid processes, administer student financial aid office functions, evaluate eligibility for aid (including Title IV), provide accurate estimates and packaging, collaborate with colleagues, and support fund delivery and compliance through degree completion.

Manage full-cycle recruiting tasks: intake with hiring managers, create job ads, source candidates via LinkedIn/Indeed, screen applicants, schedule interviews, extend offers through ATS, initiate background/drug checks, provide requisition reports, and support TA projects.

Advise learners on eligibility and applications for federal, state, and institutional funding; process additional funding, audit funding against general ledger, review documents for completeness, provide updates on gap balances, and support related projects.
