Configure, deploy, and support laboratory robotic automation systems; perform FAT/SAT, troubleshoot hardware/software, configure databases and scheduling applications, deliver client training, maintain documentation, and provide onsite customer-facing technical support.

Design custom robotic systems for pharmaceutical/biotech customers; collaborate with electrical and robotics engineers, manufacturing, vendors, and customers; produce detailed drawings, organize BOMs, and manage engineering change orders through the product lifecycle.

Lead NPI efforts from concept to production, optimize manufacturability, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, develop tooling and work instructions, support technicians, decrease quality issues, and report KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide technical support and case management for customers' lab automation and robotics systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and database issues; deploy integrations and code; collaborate with field engineers and cross-functional teams; train customers; manage up to 30 West Coast accounts; document issues and contribute to process improvements. Role includes remote, on-site, and customer site work with ~30% domestic travel.
