Lead and scale the U.S. Wealth investor servicing function for alternatives and traditional products. Own end-to-end investor lifecycle, define servicing operating model, manage KPIs and SLAs, drive efficiency via process and technology, and partner cross-functionally to support onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, transfer agency, and advisor experience while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Support and grow the firm's ETF product lineup by managing ETF operational workflows, partnering with investment, trading, legal, and technology teams, building ETF policies and custom baskets, leading initiatives like basket construction and tax-optimized trade routing, overseeing relationships with APs and market makers, monitoring controls and operational risk, and implementing technology/process improvements to scale the business.
