Reviews investment management agreements, evaluates client guidelines, maintains the Sentinel monitoring system, provides real-time pre-trade support, resolves post-trade exceptions, and collaborates with relationship, product management, and portfolio management teams.

Drives commercial growth across insurance and sub-advisory relationships by developing executive-level clients, originating new mandates, expanding existing business, and executing strategic account plans. Supports investment stewardship through company engagement, proxy voting analysis, governance and sustainability research, stewardship reporting, and operational process improvement. Partners with investment professionals to assess proxy materials, company disclosures, governance practices, and financially material sustainability issues. Maintains engagement records, contributes to voting recommendations and reporting, monitors regulatory developments, and uses analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve stewardship workflows.

Design, build, and support full-stack systems that translate investment decisions into market actions. Influence architecture, drive technical decisions, collaborate with business and PM teams, and support the full delivery lifecycle including prototyping, implementation, testing, and production support.

Manage private investment operations across deal approval, execution, settlement, IPOs, corporate actions, restrictions, liquidity events, and fund-of-funds activity. Review legal documents, reconcile investment and capital account data, validate GP reporting, resolve discrepancies, oversee vendors, and maintain accurate books and records. Improve processes, controls, workflows, and supporting technology while coordinating with legal, investment, trading, valuation, fund services, and back-office teams.

Oversee third-party fund accounting activities across mutual funds, hedge funds, private funds, and other investment products. Review valuations, reconciliations, performance returns, accounting exceptions, and operational controls. Manage service-provider relationships, support audits and regulatory examinations, and identify operational risks. Lead process improvement, dashboard development, workflow modernization, and automation initiatives in partnership with Technology teams.

Lead design, build, deploy, and support the Enterprise Limits & Restrictions platform. Develop scalable, secure backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven systems. Support production incidents, improve system stability and performance, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to modernize compliance and trading controls.
